The Declaration on Reconciliation was signed today between descendants of Chetniks and Partisans with the aim of eliminating idyllic conflicts born from old divisions that could be abused to spark new conflicts. The Decree states that Montenegro, being a civil state with no national majority, must condemn all forms of ideological hatred and emphasizes the necessity of cooperation between Serbs and Montenegrins to overcome inherited divisions.
