Saudi Arabia says it has intercepted a ballistic missile fired towards the country by Yemen’s Houthi rebels. The missile has been intercepted over Najaran, a south saudi region at the border with Yemen, before it could have hit its intended target. The missile, a Qaher-2M missile of Soviet origin is the last of a series of missile launched by the rebels while the air attacks lanched by the coalition led by Saudi Arabia has already fired more than 15,000 missiles against Houthi. Saudi Arabia continue to claime claime the involvement of Iran in helping arm the Houthis.
